Faculty of Education – University of Leipzig
The University of Leipzig is an interdisciplinary, international comprehensive university. Crossing boundaries of traditional academic disciplines, international collaboration, networking with non-university research institutes and business are not just traditions of the University but are also the basis of its academic excellence. The Faculty of Education, partner in the EADHE project, was established in 1994 and has a rich tradition in pedagogical and educational research in Leipzig. The faculty is as much responsible for educational contents as unifying element of all teacher training courses as well as for the special education courses and the majority of primary school didactics.
