Born in Sardinia in 1985, Umberto Cao graduated in Cultural Anthropology at the Università di Bologna and got a specialization in Medical Anthropology at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris. He is interested in the cultural, social, political, and economic aspects of health, with a special focus on Aboriginal peoples, minorities, and disadvantaged groups. Currently, he is especially committed to improving access to higher education for disabled people and to promoting their inclusion . Umberto is local researcher and manager of the entire EADHE project.
