Maria Isabel Teixeira Gomes, coordinator of the EADHE project at the University of Coimbra, has 33 years of experience in dealing with national and international student affairs at the University of Coimbra and in coordinating the student division at the central administration. She has a degree in Modern Languages and attended several postgraduate courses in the fields of Public Administration, Administration Management and Organizational Behavior. Now she works at the Unit for Integration and Counseling, where she takes care of students with disabilities and special needs and where she is responsible for the establishment of internal and external institutional relations in order to promote cooperation and networks within the field of support and guidance of disabled and special needs students. Maria Isabel is the local coordinator of the EADHE project.
