Lieve Carette has for a long time worked as psychological counselor for all students at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Ghent. Her scope of work includes guiding students with disability and arranging reasonable adjustments. She 'is also working for UCBO/UCRO, a diagnostic and job coaching service for persons with disabilities that organizes unemployment relief works. She is interested in creating equal opportunities and promoting wellbeing of future employees by empowering students. In the context of the EADHE project, Lieve works as local researcher.
