Mikaela Starke is Associate Professor in Social Work; the focus of her research are disability studies. Together with other researchers, practitioners, and NGOs, she is engaged in collaborative projects concerning the well-being and development of children with disabilities. The team has experience in collaborating in international projects and its members have engaged in national and comparative projects in the fields of disability studies, gender and quality of work, and family life and pedagogical development. In the context of the EADHE project, Mikaela works aslocal researcher.
