Willy Aastrup is chief advisor at the center for Learning Development at Aarhus University. He has been founder and director (1997 – 2012) of the Counseling and Support Centre at the University of Aarhus. He holds a professional background in philosophy and is a trained psychotherapist with 20 years practice in existential and philosophical counseling. With more than 15 years of experience in counseling and practical services for students with dyslexia and other special needs, he has been chair and co-chair of professional and research seminars and congresses, giving numerous speeches and presentations in psychology, counseling and services for students with disabilities. Willy is the local coordinator of the EADHE project.
