| Description of the need: |
Students need 'agreements' they can rely on and which are know by all the staff and other students. If they are based on international, national and local policy and declarations of engagement, students can refer to it and formulate adjustments more as 'rights' instead of 'favors'. Those rules can be a part of the regulations and easily communicated to all staff. When the agreements are part of a regulation system it has to be written so staff and student knows what can be expected. |
