Description of the tool:

Among the universe of students, there is a target group that is in a sort of "limbo" betwwen those whose impairments are visible, so better understood  despite the difficulties to manage with them and the others seen as "Normal" ones but that sometimes have effectively more needs than the others, mainly because sometimes they don't accept the fact that they have impairments or difficulties that prejudices their studies and their daily life in general. Among those are mainly students developing mental problems, sometimes caused by the stress of facing a new challenge in their lives with the transition to HE.

To help these students and the students in general, the Unit for Integration and Counselling promotes semestraly training sessions in several themes to help the students reaching methodologies of study, preventing stress towards evaluations, peer relations and others
