It was mentioned that for SWI it could be a great benefit if there is a person or an institution that works like a mentor or a tutor, related to the needs of students within their daily routines of studying. That includes general assistants, contact to teaching staff, mentoring processes for student life but also contact persons for special situations. It seems not clear enough, where the difference to "normal" students is, because a contact person for special (or problematic) student life situations seems mandatory. |
