Impairment related need, on a general level. Beside the legal regulations buildings it is important that, to meet the needs of SWI, within the conceptional processes and that decission makers have an awareness to include barrierfree tools in university buildings, seminar rooms, libraries etc. Afterwards there is a high amount of energy and money necessary to upgrade into a barrierfree university. |
