Description of the need:

Students express the need to be able to talk directly to the academic staff to express their needs. Some students find it difficult the only communication about their needs is a checked list with necessary adjustments or a mail from the support office.

Also some staff  think it is better to talk about the needs because sometimes they can give extra options students did not think of.
